Service Description
Twice a week sessions cover education then experimentation of the 4 foundational pillars of health. We start with an education session, you experiment & execute, and over 3 months your daily habits and practices are moving you in healthy and sustainable trajectories. We cover each week: Movement, Sleep, Mindfulness, and Nutrition and identify areas you want to improve or incorporate, you experiment, and we track and assess.
